Child pornography is pornography that exploits children for sexual stimulation.

It may be produced with the direct involvement or sexual assault of a child 

(also known as child sexual abuse images) or it may be simulated child pornography. 

Abuse of the child occurs during the sexual acts or lascivious exhibitions of genitals 

or pubic areas which are recorded in the production of child pornography.Child pornography 

may use a variety of media,including writings,magazines, photos,sculpture,drawing,cartoon,painting,

animation,sound recording,film,video,and video games.

Child Abuse Material is the content that shows the violations of children rights on the internet from both physical and mentality, such as sexual harassment or child sexual exploitation. The materials run contrary the Child Protection Act of 2003, Article 27: It is forbidden for anyone to advertise or disseminate by means of the media or any other kind of information technology, any information on a child or the child?s guardian, with the intention of causing damages to the mind, reputation, prestige or any other interests of the child or seeking benefit for oneself or others in an illegal manner. Child Abuse Materials on the Internet are

• Child Pornography ? images or video clips of children?s sexual exploitation or having sex with children
• Child Nudity ? images of naked children
• Child Prostitutions ? content offering child prostitutions
• Child Sex Tourism ? content offering having sex with children as a part of tourism in Thailand
• Child Grooming Activities ? content showing someone approaching children for the purpose of exploitation
• Child Trafficking ? selling children for (the trade of ) money or property

1. Bully, slander, threaten through Facebook chat or Line by posting insults to the victim to be humiliated or threatening or using words to attack the victim in various forms of damage.
2. Deception by deceiving the victim to give them money, arrange victim who are boys or girls for sexual purposes.
3. Revile is taking pictures of the victim and/or edit for defamation or posting personal picture online. There have also been terrible cases, both in Thailand and abroad, where the victims were very embarrassed so they decided to hurt themselves or even committed suicide.
4. Claim falsely usually in form of stolen picture and post at profile picture in fake account in facebook and use that account to post improper content such as fraud, blame or defamation of Royal family.
5. Sexual harassment: such as sending pornography picture or video without any request or edit victim’s picture to be pornography and post online.

Content of Drugs includes advertising, selling, using addictive substances that considering illegal of Narcotics Act 1979 , such as website selling drugs or equipment for using drugs like amphetamine or marihuana, and website introducing how to use drugs. Section 4 of Narcotics Act 1979 stated that (13)"advertisement" includes any act in any method which people

can see or know the information for commercial purpose unless the technical document or textbook. Also it is against Narcotics Control Act 1956 Section 14: fourth In the case where there is a reasonable ground to believe that any document or information which transmit by any post, telegraph, telephone, fax telephone, computer, tool or instrument in the communication, electronic communication or communication by information technology was used or may be used for the purpose of the commission offence relating to narcotics. The competent official who have approved in letter of the Secretary- General shall submit unilateral application to Chief Justice of the Criminal Court for having an issue to permit the competentofficial of obtained such information.

Violation of Privacy Right includes posting content of defamations or insults to another person for a bad reputation on the internet,disseminating personal information, such as real name, address, image, personal video clip, personal username and password on a website or social media. The content is against Criminal Code (1957) Chapter 3 Offence of Defamation Section 326: Whoever,imputes anything to the other person before a third person in a manner likely to impair the reputation of such other person or to expose such other person to be hated or scorned, commits defamation, and shall be punished with imprisonment no exceeding one year or fined not exceeding twenty thousand Bath or both, and Section 328:

If the offence of defamation is committed by means of publication of a document, drawing, painting, cinematography film, picture or letters made visible by any means, gramophone record or another recording instruments,recording picture or letters, or by broadcasting or spreading picture,or by propagation by any other means, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding two years and fined not exceeding two hundred thousand Baht.

Financial Related Crime is the fact that criminals are using the internet for financial scams (Phishing), such as sending message or spam mail for tricking readers to transfer money or sending

financial information (Credit Card Number, Bank Account Number) to them, ordering products online and didn?t receive anything after transferring money. Those contents are against Computer Crime Act 2007 Section 14:  Any person who commits any offence of the following acts, shall be subject to imprisonment for a sentence under five years or a fine under one hundred thousand baht or both (1) that involves import to a computer system of forged computer data, either in whole or in part,or false computer data, in a manner that is likely to cause damages to that third party or the public.In case of online merchandizing scam, there is another law that protects customer which is Consumer Protection Act 1979 Section 4: The consumer has the following rights of protection:

1. The right to receive correct and sufficient information and description for the quality of goods or services.
2. The right to enjoy freedom in the choice of goods or services.
3. The right to expect safety in the use of goods or services (the right to receive a fair contract)
4. The right to have the injury considered and compensated in accordance with the laws on such matters or with the provision of this Act.

Online Gambling including website or social media opened for online gambling, such as online casino, online sport gambling, illegal online lotto. Those contents are against Gambling Act 1935:

Permission is forbidden to organize, to play or to gamble in games specified in List A annexed to this. Acts or similar games or any other bad games which the responsible. Minister has issued a Ministerial Regulation naming as additional items of prohibition. However, when the Government sees fit to allow any of the games in particular places subject to particular conditions, that can be done by issuing a royal decree. In the case of online gambling on the internet, it is also against this act and prohibited to play and the offender shall be inflicted with imprisonment for a term from three months up to three years.
